When I start my 93 Jeep Cherokee the floor seems like vibrate and or shake a little bit and make an odd noise i can't describe. Can someone tell me what this is?

I have changed the head gasket but the sweet smell of bubble bath and the burning smell have not left. It is happening more with the heat on and it comes and goes.The smell is on the passengers side. I also have seen steaming white smoke when it has rained. No idea if that is connected. Car was just inspected and other than the brake fluid leak that I just found out about the jeep was ok. Help. any idea why I smell bubble bath and why there is a burning smell. The jeep has 160 k miles.I checked the Jeep after turning it off. We had noticed that the oil was going nutty and we pulled over and added some. There has been this constant " weird" smell. It is on the passengers side and it smells like bubble bath. It also smell a bit like burning. I have recentally changed the head gasket but the smell just never completely vanished.I will have the transmission fluid changed and the filter also. I also have found out that the back brakes need replaceing and the jeep is slowly leaking brake fluid yet when had it checked again the other place never did find this issue. It was mienki that did but my local garage didn't. So what else should I change in the jeep?

Jeep grand cherokee knocking what could it be?
i have a jeep grand cherokee that is making a knocking noise v8 1997, it sounds like it is coming form the passenger side when i have the jeep in park it is almost not noticable until the engine has ran for a while when i get in and hold my foot on the brake and put it in gear it is real loud. put it back in gear and i cant hear it until i get out and walk aroung to the passenger side of the jeep and listen real close and i can hear it real low . the jeep has also been reving up and down but never dies ,, if i drive down the highway i dont hear the knock or it is so light i cant hear it . i dont know how long it has been doing this because i had a knocking sound coming form my evap solenoid and it sounded just exactly like the knock coming form the engine i changed the evap solenoid and a few days later is when i heard the engine knocking noise and i thought the evap was knocking again .but it was the engine sound form the passenger side any body have any ideas thank you one more thing when i put it in park and rev the motor up standing in front of the jeep i dont here a knock and the motor sounds good cant figure it out if any one has an idea i would appriciate it thank you

The two on the side are out but the one on the top works. One day the two on the side just stopped and then the next day all three worked and then stopped working. Now just the top works. Is it the fuse?
Jeep Cherokee or Grand Cherokee?
Hi i am turning 16 and will have about $3000 $4000 to spend on my first vehicle. I do a lot of camping in remote areas that most vehicles cannot take me to. Jeeps can. I need their capabilities and cargo capacity. The off roading isnt like rock crawling, but in Oklahoma you never know what kind of weather you will encounter or what type of landscaping is out there. I've seen mud holes, creeks rivers, mushy fields, hard fields, uneven forestry, etc. We have it all. I do not have anything to tow as of yet but it would be nice to have the capability and it would help maintain value not that there will be much left after im through with it . I cant decide between the Cherokee or the Grand Cherokee. Mainly because of the Grand Cherokee's reliability reputation and the Cherokee's lack of the creature comforts the Grand Cherokee has for the same price and lack of rear headrests easy fatal neck injury in car wreaks? . I need it to have 4WD, prefer a tow package, clear visibility unlike the 99 2WD Mountaineer im stuck with and a nasty craving for the wilderness.
Best Flowmaster muffler for a '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee?
I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 L, and I am looking for a muffler that will make my engine sound powerful, but not sound redneck, you know? It's a 4.0, so obviously I'm not going to put an agressive sounding muffler on it it would just be wrong. I'm getting a Flowmaster, so that should help a bit with the horsepower rating overall. Any answers are appreciated
Jeep Cherokee 4x4 question (2006 model)?
Hello. I have been looking around, Jeep shopping I guess you could say, and I found a great deal on a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. I took it for a test drive and didn't see a knob or anything to switch it from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive. Are these Jeeps all time 4 wheel drive or did I just not look hard enough? I asked the dealer and he had no clue. Thanks for any helpAlso, is it going to be a switch I'm looking for or what? Is it a button? Where exactly is it. It is a 4x4. It says 4x4 on the back
Engine swap for 82 Jeep Cherokee (SJ) ?
Hey there, i have an 82 Jeep Cherokee SJ thats got the the 4.2 liter 258 straight 6 in it and a 4 speed manual transmission. This Jeep is sitting because engine number 4 has died in it a couple years ago. After regular maintinence and mostly interstate driving, yet another engine 4.2 has bit the dust in this Jeep. What other engines can be put in it? What will directly bolt up if anything? If nothing else will bolt up, what can be put in with only a little no major modifications to the engine bay? By any chance, is there a diesel that can replace this 4th dead engine?
