The part time sign is on in my jeep liberty. how do i deactivate it?
the part time sign on the dashboard is on. your not supposed to drive on dry land when this happens so how do i deactivate it?
2004 Jeep liberty 4x4 not engaging?
ok so a month ago we got snow i put the jeep in 4 full time and kept it moving, well we got snow yesterday and i tried to put it into 4 part time and the front wheels did not engage nor did the indicator on the dash come on to say it was on, Ive tried all 4 settings on the 4x4 lever, including neutral which works telling me its not the lever or linkage it self, i tried to get it to engage in so many situations and it just wont work. Any one have any ideas of what i can check on the truck or what it might be? i don't want answers saying blow it up or trade it in or that's what u get for having a jeep, keep those types of comments to your self i just need helpful comments.Thanks ok well it went up completely about 3 hours after my post, its the transfer case it has to be completely replaced, thanks for your help though

I am looking at purchasing a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo with 101K mls but i have just been shown a 2003 Jeep Liberty with 150K mls. I like the Liberty but not sure how far it'll go with such high mileage already. Don't know if i should just stick to the Rodeo. Which is the better deal?
How do you unlock the child lock on a 2007 Jeep Liberty 4X4?
The instructions say unlock with a key. I'm assuming the car keys but even if that's the case, there's like 3 different holes on the door. Can somebody please help me out on this?Thank you and God Bless
2003 Jeep Liberty Idle Problems - PLease Help -?
My Liberty seems to be having an idle surge. This happens both during cold starts and even after being warmed up. Occasionally stalls when stopping at red lights. When can is running, purge solenoid is pulsating. I have replaced spark plugs, throttle positioning sensor, IAC sensor, Vacuum lines going to rear are good, disconnected battery for a period of time. I have been told to replace the temp sensor to see if this fixed the problem. Dealer could not find anything wrong with car after performing diagnostics testing off and on throughout the entire day. Anyone have any further answers or recommendations to this problem?
