How good is the 2.5 I4 in a jeep wrangler?
im looking to buy a wrangler online thats from 1997 or younger and i noticed that on my budget most of them are 2.5 litersi really want a manual I6 4.0 but like i said those are rare at my budgetif i were to buy a 2.5 liter manual would that engine be good?im thinking it would be too weak for some highway travel 70mph cause i know it should be fine for offroading but i dont know if it would be powerful enough all around

To remove doors you need to undo nuts at bottom of hinge pins. They were rusted and one of the threaded ends broke off.

1998 Jeep wrangler TJ dash lights are out... Solutions?
I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ. My entire dashboard no longer lights up. This includes AC and all dash gauges. My headlights work and my dome lights work. The only lights that don't work is the dashboard. I have checked the fuses and none of them are out. Anyone have any solutions

Gap in between roof and windshield on Jeep Wrangler normal?
There is a gap in between the roof and windshield on my Jeep Wrangler, that is the roof is not securely fastened I'm missing some screws , I was wondering even if it was securely fastened would the wind that creates a terribly loud noise once i reach around 45 mph still continue, that is is it normal because I don't remember always having this nuisance. Also, would replacing it with a properly fastened frame less soft top alleviate this problem? I ask this question because I keep hearing that jeeps are loud on highways but I think what they mean is something different than what I'm experiencing.

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ Rocky Mountain Edition. I believe that has the Dana 44 in the rear. I am not sure about the front. I have a 4 inch suspension lift and a 2 inch coil over lift. I am getting 35" Mud Terrains put on tomorrow. I am now worried about my axles being strong enough. I am also worried about my gearing. I don't wheel as much as I should. So I would like answers provided for daily driving not hardcore wheeling. Thanks guys
Is anyone selling a Jeep Wrangler on longisland(or within an hour of)?
I would like to spend 5k or less,and it would be great if it was automatic. im not sure if the older ones have automatic,if you know what year they started making the jeep automatic ,please let me know. Ps. yes i know all models have manual,even the ones that come in automatic.
