Question: Where is the condenser fan fuse and relay located on a 1999 grand jeep cherokee?

I'm trying to get the A/ C to work on this SUV but I cannot get the condenser fan to come on.It's not getting power at the connector. I also cannot locate the fuse and or relay. Everything A/ C related is working fine but the fan just wont come on. Thanks

The relay is behind and below the passenger side headlight. It it mounted to the frame and covered by the plastic bumper fascia. You can cut an access hole through the plastic if some dealer has not done it already. They do it to save themselves time but charge you full price for the repair which on the books includes removing the bumper and it takes much longer. Do some Google searching and you should find some more info. The do go bad often.
