Question: Question concerning a 2000 jeep cherokee......??

I just bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4 wheel drive, it has no owners manual. How do I put it into 4 wheel drive mode? Also... how do you turn on the fog lights, I flipped the switch but nothing happened is there anything else I have to do?

As the first answer said to put it in 4WD you have to either put it on the shifter next to the gear shift to 4HI or it is automatic. I had that car and i always had the top of the line so i am not sure if you have it in 4WD all the time or just some of the time. To turn the fog lights on pull out the end of the blinker stick thing on the right of the steering wheel.

Depending on the model the 4x4 should have a little knob for 4 high just turn the knob and for shirting to 4low you have to stop shift to neutral and turn the knob to 4 low. same with switching back to 2wd.u should just have to flip the switch for fog lights.your brights cant be on or they do not come on.
