I'm a 16 year old boy getting a car. I like both of these, I might also be able to get an infiniti G37. What should i get? |

I traded my G35 Coupe in for a Jeep. I have never looked back. |

Scratch the Jeep, get an Infiniti. If your talking an Infiniti G35 or G37 coupe, your a lucky 16 year old. However, G35 Sedans are really nice cars. The 2007 models have about 300 horsepower, are rear wheel drive, and have 4 doors. I'd get one of those. |

Well, let me think. You asked this in the Jeep section, where people are interested in Jeeps. Hmm, I wonder what people may say. Hmm |

It will depend on what you will use it for. the jeep is an off road machine and i know of no infinity that will rock crawl much less follow jeeps or any other 4x4's into the deep weeds or moab utah. you need to use good judgement when choosing any vehicle. if you are planning to do alot of modifications then go with the jeep. not much you can do with an infinity . good luck. |

That's like asking should I get an apple or an orange, they are both edible but also are totally different. You and you alone can answer this but I'll give you something to think about. What do you expect out of the vehicle? How many people do you want to take? The Jeep: If you get the 4x4 you have something that can get you and 4 friends around in any weather condition in comfort. The mods for offroading are almost endless and depending on what engine you have some good power mods available as well. As stated before, lets see a G35 go over a curb, let alone into the woods. The G35: Depending on which G35 you are looking at you only have 2 doors, this tells me that you might have a back seat but no one is gonna want to sit back there due to the lack of room, the four door version will sit 4 friends. Yes it is a fast flashy car, but in my opinion only "preppy " kids or midlife crisis guys drive the G35.... but that's just me, no offense if you fit one of those two groups. Another thing to look at is MPG. Jeeps are not known for the best mileage, they are built for low end torque to take you where ever you want to go. I am sure the G35 has to be getting better mpg. Last but not least, do you feel comfortable in it and like to drive it? ( a big thing for me) I don't care if it is the best looking, fastest or most capable....if I don't like the way it drives and feel comfortable driving it it is not the vehicle for me. ask yourself, could I drive this Jeep, Car, Truck or what have you across country and not get uncomfortable? Maybe it is because I put about 40K a year on my work car, and 10K a year on my motorcycle (a cruiser...not fast but comfy) so an uncomfortable care won't work for me. Good luck and drive safe...Either way your lucky to be getting either one, my first car was a 1978 Jeep Cherokee that was falling apart.... |
