Question: Any advice on opening the back right door on my '05 jeep grand cherokee?

Even when the car is unlocked and all other doors will open, my back right door won't open. It moves a little bit but I'm afraid to yank too hard to pull the handle off. Any suggestions?

Yes the child lock is busted and messing you up or the door came unlatched on the inside. You have to get someone on the inside and push hard while you pull and it will come open. After it is open pop off the door panel and youll see where the doors problem lies off of the door handle. Most likely it came unlatched but it could just be completely broken. But push and pull it and it will come open and dont be afraid to use feet from the inside and really get on it cause its not always easy.
