Question: Woukd a navy blue 2006 jeep liberty with fog lights be a good car for a teenage boy?

The color and type of vehicle doesn't matter. what does matter is if he is responsible and if you trust him to drive safely, legally, etc. and take care of the vehicle.

Tad bit top heavy. But a car with better gas mileage would be nice. But I am sure it would keep the occupant safe in an accident

If you trust them as a driver. as a teenager who has totalled a car before... a powerful engine is a tempting thing, haha. the jeep liberty is a pretty safe car, not to mention practical, but when buying a car that's less than 10 years old you have to consider the fact that the car is capable of going very, very fast for a new driver, and that's easy to abuse. if you trust him though, that's a pretty solid car.

If u get him a wrangler he will love it and itll take care of ur speed problem. im 19 and got mine when i was 17 and i couldnt live without it.

I would not recommend it i know a good driver who had one and the wind got under it while he was driving and it flipped on a curve and i know your thinking speed but he was going 35 mph. in the end its up to you what do you want him to have a jeep or a more fuel friendly car.

YES! any teenager would love a car and jeeps are perfect cars to start out in for a teenager. trust me any car you throw at them they will love. except if its a pink smart car....
