Question: I drive a 2003 jeep liberty. an orange light came on . it's not the battery. does anyone know what it means?

Orange or red either way mean stop what your doing and start checking could be oil or coolant but do stop driving it and start checking

If it's orange and looks like an engine-it's your "check engine light ". Get it scanned at a dealer or auto zone for free. If it's orange and has a exclamation point with a half moon shape-it's your low tire pressure light. Check you tire pressures. If you have an owners manual, it will be listed in there what each light means. Good luck.

Try looking in your owners manual. If that doesn't say then I would go into the dealer or autoshop and get your car checked out. It's probably not a big deal though.
