The fuse numbers given may not match your Liberty so check your owners manual to see if the numbers given match the circuits that are constant live. Courtesy lamps, horn, hazards etc... The fuse that powers the interior lights should be fuse 34 so if you want your LED lights to work without having to have the ignition turned on you can use that fuse position or insert the Pico into any one of the fuse positions in the junction block that are constant live. There are several to chose from. Fuse numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 33 and 34 are all permanent 12V. (May not exactly match your year.) Do you wish to have the LEDs come on with the courtesy lights or switched separately? To switch the LEDs with the courtesy lights the feed from the wire on the pico needs to be directly connected to the positive side of all the LEDs. The wire from the negatives of the LEDs need to be joined to the ground side of any one of the courtesy lamps. That way the LEDs and courtesy lamps would operate together. If you wish to have the LEDs switched separately you need to connect either the positive side of the LEDs to the Pico,or negative side of the LEDs to ground via an on/ off switch to give you control of the LEDs. Alternatively you could wire the positives of the LEDs to the Pico and the ground side of the LEDs via an on/ off/ on switch. You would then wire one side of the switch to the courtesy lamp ground, the center to the ground side of the LEDs and the other side of the switch to a good ground. That way you have the option of the LEDs being on with the courtesy lamps/ off completely/ on constantly.

I'd want to run the positive wire that goes to the add on fuse box you have to the battery via a wire o-ring and also put a fuse before the battery. You can buy add on fuses from the parts stores that come with their own socket so you an add a fuse easily, also use a interior ground inside the vehicle. Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way I suggested adding another fuse so the extra circuit you want to add is fully protected.
