Why would you lower a Jeep?! It's a 4x4, which means that height clearance is desirable.

You can, but it's going to be hard to find the right springs. when most people adjust the ride height of a Jeep, they usually jack it up instead of take it down.

It would be very expensive to do in the first place. here are the reasons it won't work. 1) the transfer case.you don't want to bounce an aluminum transfer case off the ground.will be an expensive fix. 2) the front CV shafts. they don't take kindly to angles beyond 6 degrees from center line. 3) the front differential. it hangs below the engine and cannot be re-located to be able to lower the liberty. 4) haven't seen any lowering kits for the liberty. 5) it's a jeep 4x4 !!!!! if you really want a car you can lower and look cool then buy yourself a 63 chevy impala convertible
