Question: I just bought a 2000 jeep wrangler sahara?

I bought it used it didnt come with a manual. If anyone knows where i can find a HTML or normal manual to download for free online please let me know???

Call your local JEEP dealer and have him order you one. If it costs too much, as where you might find one on the web.

Try scribd.com. It is a major source for documents of many kinds. I found the entire wiring diagram of a 95 wrangler posted on there. Typically it is in PDF format. When I first became aware of the site, it didn't require a login or registration, but I believe it does now. There is no cost to register. If there is nothing there, try typing it in Google.
