Question: 1990 wrangler sahara front wheels don't turn when put into 4 whrrl drive. it's a 6 cylinder 5 speed standard?

The engine was found to have low vacuum when i had it tuned up

If your front hubs don't get locked manually, it uses vacuum to the front axil to lock the hubs automatically.
