The new original replacement parts should run between $250 to $350 depending on where you get them. They will include the clutch disk, pressure plate and throw-out (clutch release) bearing. Usually the fly wheel should be professionally resurfaced and the slave cylinder checked out thoroughly as well. Labor costs are the most expensive outlays which can run upwards to $1000 + depending on where you have it done (on top of the cost for parts). Note: the dealers shop will be the most expensive. If you do it yourself you will save quite a bit...but it will be a pretty big job and may take some time. Hope this helps some.
